Protyre Upper Heyford

I've used them about 5 or 6 times in the last few years for tyres and wheel alignment. Always they've been friendly and efficient and the prices are ok. There's a comfortable waiting room with TV, sofas and a free drinks machine. Never had a problem.

The most amazing helpful and excellent service!

I got a puncture on the way to Coventry and it took 35 mins from my call to Protyre to me being back on the road.

The fitter was excellent and as genuinely nice guy!

Very impressed, by the professional and knowledgeable staff, nothing was too much trouble. The tracking equipment is amazing, in a different league to any other tyre place I have used. A very pleasant experience, will be using them again. Definitely recommended.

I needed a new tyre and battery for my Focus, which hadn't been used for a couple of months. Chris and the team were excellent, very reassuring and they solved the issue of how to open the bonnet and boot (a problem with a Focus with a flat battery apparently), replacing the battery and tyre quickly and efficiently.

I had a front tyre that kept losing pressure slowly, took it to Protyre and they solved the problem without fuss. Staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. I shall certainly be using them again. Highly recommended

I called Pro Tyre yesterday because I had a flat tyre and they came out to my house today, less than 24 hours later. They’d ordered in the tyre I needed especially for my car. After looking at the wheel, the gentleman noticed a crack/hole in the alloy, which is what was causing the tyre to deflate (obviously a more substantial issue than simply needing a new tyre). I was still expecting the £30 call out fee of course, however Pro Tyre waived the fee which I think is an incredibly kind thing to do. Everybody I spoke to was polite, friendly and professional. I will definitely use them in the future if I have any tyre needs. Thank you very much guys.

I do not make a habit of awarding five star ratings, but for Protyre Upper Heyford I am happy to make an exception.

Although there are tyre fitting centres located closer to my home, I chose to purchase two tyres from Protyre Upper Heyford last October on the basis of positive reviews on Google and comments on a local community Facebook page. The reviews were accurate. Protyre's service was great and the prices competitive.

When a puncture recently forced the purchase of another two tyres (fortunately not the same ones fitted only 3 months ago), Protyre sent out a van to my home address, where the car was stranded, and fitted the tyres, again at a competitive price, with a modest call-out fee of only £30, which was a pleasant surprise.

Some subtle balancing of the new tyres was subsequently required at their site, and this was again completed efficiently and professionally.

All in all, I am very happy with Protyre Upper Heyford and they are highly recommended.
