ATS Euromaster Lichfield

I went in to ats lichfield last week when my tyre got a puncture. Was amazed at the level of service. They were full of cars at the time, but the manager (didn't catch his name but he had a canadian accent) very kindly offered to fix it even after working hours if he had to, if i could leave the car with them. So i did, and received a call in the afternoon saying the repair had been done and my car is ready. Brilliant service.

Booked vehicle in for mot 10.30. Arrived early 10.15 and van taken in straight away. Didn't get vehicle back until 1.00. Had no phone call to say it was ready, rang several times and had no answer or the phone rang out. In the end I walked up there to see if it was ready. Said is there anything wrong with phone because there was no answer or it rang out, the response, sometimes it does go down. Get It FIXED then??

Would have been nice if I had been told that my MOT appointment had been cancelled because they obviously decided to close for bank holiday after taking my booking. Day’s holiday wasted plus inconvenience someone to collect me from the garage. Shabby customer service.

Visited today for a air con regas, was greeted by a friendly gentleman at reception, he was very friendly, and knowledgeable was a pleasure chatting to him.
Great job on the regas my air con is now lovely and cold!

Satisfied with the service I received. Went for MOT and service. MOT failed on worn tyres but they re-did it for free within 10 days once I had the issue sorted.

Didn't have an appointment, but they managed to squeeze me in for an air conditioning recharge straight away. Really friendly staff and very efficient, great service. Thanks 😀

I have been using ATS Lichfield for many years.
And in that time have seen employees /managers come and go (some good some not so good)
The staff Chris,Dan and manager Elmo always try to help .
The team spirit since Elmo arrived has certainly improved and the centre is now a lot more presentable.

I have friends of mine who I have told to try Lichfield ATS and they have all said how well they were treated.
