Amazing company!
My partner had a blow out on the M4 with two children and our crazy dog in the car. I organised in advance of the RAC arriving for them to tow her to Phelps & Williams. The gentleman on the phone couldn’t have been more professional and polite. Ended up with two new tyres and they switched the newest to the front also balanced and tracked at a great price. Cheaper than what it would have cost to just buy the tyres online.

Rang on Friday morning to book a Tracking wheel alignment issue on my Transit Van i turned up Saturday morning They Were on it within minutes the Service was 1st class very friendly Thank you Guys well done. Highly Recommended I be Definitly be using these guys again. 👏👏👏

Brilliant service, came in Sunday morning without an appointment and they were happy to let me in for a tyre change. Had a classic car and were unfazed and kept me up to date with tyre maintenance when I left.

The service was fantastic dave value . Tho mature gent was super polite and praising towards the vehicle. . The vehicle being a classic , had many tricks to the start up sequence . Including a fan operated switch. I was very clear about this and the workshop boys where very aware I stated if the cars running it must have the fan on at all times.
Alarm bells rang when I seen the car passing me two mins later when walking . It had gone in fir wheel alignment. When I picked the car up later . The gent who seemed in charge again was super praising of the car and his customer service was 2nd to none .
However when I got in the car the temp was cooking . The cars never been this hot . I’m very very critical of who touches my car . As struggle with trust. But the car being used twice up and down the bye pass / dual carriageway was not in my agreement . The fab wasn’t used and the car was hot . I understand a classic hot hatch to youngsters is a cool thing . But no one had consent to use the car out in the public road in my agreement . I also noticed the powder coat chipped on the rear wheel when I got home . I understand this is some thing I need to accept as the tools for doing such a job have this risk . But my car heads gasket being out at risk is extremely frustrating and not what you pay for . It’s taken me a few days to actually post this review , as I don’t want to tarnish some ones business . As I stated customer service face value was fantastic and needs recognising

Fantastic, friendly service when I had a slow puncture yesterday. Was all sorted in 20 minutes and they managed to repair the tyre (instead of simply replacing it).

I had 4 rounded wheel bolts which I couldn't get off for love nor money. Was recommended Phelps and Williams by a work mate. Called in today and they got them off in five minutes flat. And whilst one guy was changing the nuts his mate was going around my tyres checking the pressures. Superb service I have to say. If only all garages could be like this. Well done fellas.

These guys are friendly, efficient and offer great value. They changed the tyre on a replacement wheel and fitted it, putting the spare away all in under 30 minutes. Excellent!

Truly excellent service. Could not recommend highly enough. Rear silencer was falling off so took car to Phelps and Williams. I was told it would take 40 mins to have replacement delivered and fitted so I decided to go to breakfast bar over road while I was waiting. By the time I had ordered and received my breakfast car was outside waiting for me with new exhaust! Very reasonable price also. Very deserving of 5 stars!
