I approached the team at Oxford Private Travel looking for a special short break, at short notice, in the UK and they went on to arrange a fabulous stay for my wife, my daughter and I at the incredible Cliveden Hotel. From finding the perfect place to making sure that every detail was taken care of, Mike and the team at Oxford Private Travel provided a superb service. I was truly impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I do not reommend this agency for travel to India or any other place for that matter.
I can not speak about their skiing business just to the fact that they do not provide a high level of customer service and don't care about you.
I can see everyone has moved on except the man whom I am speaking of. Poor customer service, entitled attitude and rigid. Does not deserve to be in the hospitality business as he is inhospitable.
Poor quality, poor value, not professional and not responsive.
