Awesome welcoming staff and they all likely have the patience of a monk as they deal primarily with kids all day. Although the stations and simulators are open to adults too.

Three levels of fun. When we went some of the simulators were offline so weren't able to try them at all unfortunately. And the ones we did try like the machine gun simulator, targets on screen didn't seem to get destroyed even though we were hitting them. Hmm, maybe they did that on purpose to avoid encouraging violence.

The moving rock wall was pretty cool as well as the true rock wall. All in all it was great fun. Wished we had more time to explore and the do some more activities. Too bad you had to pay extra for laser tag and the 4D film.

Was great fun at Laser Quest. We had a birthday party for our 7 year old, and they loved it. Staff was very helpful every step of the way, and even let us adults play for free with the boys during the second round! Was a great experience and we will definitely be booking again.

This place is brilliant not only for kids but also adults, we go at least once a month and it's great challenge for everyone. Laser quest is extra but well worth the money, the more games you play cheaper it is, only negative is sometimes the guns or other part of equipment are not working, other than that this place is wonderful

This is a great place to take the kids, there's so many fun things for them to do, there's mini assault courses, simulators and a bit of dress up too, all that and there's a laser quest, a great way to get those little ones running about and all tuckered out.

£19 for a child and £24 for and adult for a warehouse with a climbing wall and small ninja course, Is definitely not worth it. That’s all the young people I took could access. If you close for a refurb you should make it better not worse. AWFUL WASTE OF MONEY

Excellent activities for kids to get their hands on and expel the energies built up while accompanying their parents walking 'round old boats in the historic brickyards.

Brilliantly conceived with a good range of activities, including a really good cinema.

Fun for kids from 3 years and above. The laser tag is amazing fun but pay separately from the action stations ticket. But three games for 15 quid is a bargain!!

Beth was an incredible server, and went above and beyond to meet my needs despite a busy queue at a huge private work event. She is obviously an asset to the team and excellent at working under pressure. We need more people like her.
