Large pretty, flat lake for a lovely walk (2.4km around). Be careful - there is an outbreak of bird flu as of today 6th March 2022. So no feeding the (hungry) ducks/geese/swans/etc.

Our absolute favourite place in Cardiff for a walk. Lovely wildlife a good cafe and lovely views. On the weekend there are also good food vans that serve coffee, cakes and hotdogs.

The Best in Cardiff. Super and so many "foreign," species from India Africa etc visit. On Lake Road East.a must visit. So fortunate to have this in Cardiff.

A large lake and Rose Gardens nurture an abundance of wildlife. I search for Redwing to photograph in Winter here. There's a variety of shops and cafes nearby.

Beautiful! Lovely walk around the lake. Wildlife is spectacular this time of year with Swans & Coots Nesting with Babies, close to & on the Banks. Great, Large Park for the Children to Explore. Lots of Seating overlooking the Lake. Great Family Day out!

If you visit this place without a couple of kg of seed you're going to miss out on the experience of swans, geese, ducks ect darting across the lake to eat your goodies. Beautiful to walk around no matter the weather we've found
