These guys do Cider to perfection. I'd like to recommend a particular cider but they're all so good, so instead I'll just recommend that you get yourself down (or up) to a festival or event with a Hallets stand and try some for yourself! I make a trip up to Wales from London every year to go to the Welsh Perry and Cider festival and the Hallets ciders are always my highlight!

Best Cider in South Wales! Andy is a super knowledgable and really friendly guy. We enjoyed a cider tasting session a few months back which I highly recommend. Plenty of types on offer - all of which taste great.

Amazing day at Hallets Cider. Andy took the time to explain the process they do to make the cider and the food and cider on drink was lovely. Would totally recommend a day here, we really enjoyed ourselves. Oh and you can also buy cider to bring home with you - bonus!

We stopped off to buy cider on our way home to Bath; and while we were there our car key snapped off in the ignition! Thank you so much for lending us some pliers (we’ll drop them back next time we’re passing through) and getting us on our way. We’ve already drank most of the Blindfold cider! Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality! Amy & Steve

Nice off the beaten track place. Heard about it and found it to sample their wares. Unfotunatrly only one choice in bottles when I visited but apparently there are usually taster packs and also cider from individual apple types.
Very palatable. Did not do the tour but will do next time.

Great adventure getting up over big hill and finally reaching the cider mill. Tasted all the ciders got the tour. All natural cider with subtle flavours such as rum cask. Definitely worth visiting.

I bought a single bottle because of the name, at a coffee shop, in Toronto. It was displayed in the window. Turns out, its lovely and funky. Like my wife, who I love, and she loves cider. I also love the Welsh, and even learned how to say "I Love You" in Welsh. I'm a little rusty, so don't ask me unless I've had a few ciders, because I learned it for my Welsh girlfriend Becky back in 1996 and haven't used it much since, except when I was in Wales in 1999.. but thats another for another review.
