Talley Abbey

Set in the quiet Welsh Talley valley you will find the remains of a unique religious settlement.

This is a great piece of local history tucked away in rural Wales. No entry fee, very limited parking so be considerate. Great place to chill out and support the local community with their little self service cafe (donation based). Lots of information boards and some stunning walks up the sides of the valley right next to it as well.

Beautiful, tranquil little place. Small car park (51.976574634281384, -3.992791934929632) for four cars. Small "Self Service" by donation cafe. Not a lot left of the abbey but enough for a visit.The monks here were known as White Canons.
Really Lovely little church next to the abbey. Don't miss this if you are in the area.
