Cole Green Recovery

I was stuck in Stansted services in the snow with a puncture and an anti-theft wheel nut which refused to come off. They were out to me very quickly and quickly sorted the problem. They then ensured my space saver wheel (very rusted) went on properly and took the required pressure before leaving me to start my journey. Very reasonably priced too. Would absolutely call them again in s similar situation.

I phoned all the recovery firms in and around Bishops Stortford who were higher on the listings, they all but one didn’t answer or refused to help pull my van out of the mud. It was a stressful time for me and getting very late. Luckily I found Paul’s number on Google and he sprang into action. I expected to pay more than he charged too. Paul was extremely professional and had a can do / will do attitude which is just what I desperately needed. I cannot thank him enough. His truck arrived which was more than capable of winching my van, I’ve no doubt his business will become very successful. Thank you Paul.

Iam very pleased with the service i got. I was alone in the middle of the night with the flat tyre. I called so many numbers for recovery, but no answer at all. Until i called this guy, He came very quickly, he brought the car to his garage change me a wheel. And finnaly after long night i been able to go home. Thank you very much. I recommend 1000% this company.

This garage has had my daughters car for the past 7 months! She had only been driving it for four months when it developed a fault. Today, they have told her that something else is now broken on it. They tell her everyday they will call to update and they don’t. This is an absolute sham of a business and I am livid.

Cole Green Recovery recovered my car when it had a flat tyre. Arrived quickly, loaded it onto the truck and took us straight to the garage with no fuss which meant we made it there before the garage closed for the day. Much appreciated and I would highly recommend.

Paul is a legend. My girlfriend broke down on the Great Northern Road and the RAC told me it would take 4.5 hours to get her out. Paul happened to be driving past and stopped, tower our car and drove my girlfriend back to our home.

Genuinely amazing human and he wouldn’t take any money either. Example of a stand up guy.

I can’t praise Cole Green Recovery enough, my car battery died and they came out to my house so quickly. The man who helped me was so friendly and even tried to source and get me a cheaper battery to save me some money. Highly recommend, don’t believe the negative reviews. Thank you!!
