Great friendly service. strongly recommend

Did a really good job of fitting my towbar, but fitted a standard ball, not an alko as requested. Promised to come back to swap the ball over to an alko one, but despite several emails, never heard back from them. Bit dissapointed with the service. My own fault really, I should never have paid the full amount until I had the correctly fitted ball installed.

Was due to fit a tow bar was told it was definatley going to be on the Monday messaged him a few days before to confirm he was definatley still doing it never replied back to me messages me less than 2 hours before he was due to fit the tow bar telling me he was running late couldn't do asked when he could never heard back very unprofessional behaviour do not recommend and will not consider him for future work

Very please with the professional and friendly service Richard offered, tow bar was fitted with care and completed in a timely manner. Minor problem with parking sensor not properly connected but Richard returned same day to check over and reconnect. Would recommend this company.

Installed a tow bar on my car, excellent communication throughout, arrived when he said he would and did a great job.
Will definitely use in the future.

I contacted Richard(Silverstone Towbar) to install a towbar for my car and a had a holiday booked few days later with my new caravan. Day before the booking I contacted Richard to make sure all ready for installation but following day he never turned up. After he was ignoring my calls and the complete holiday was spoiled. The planed adventure for my 3 kids been ruined by this guy.
Embarrassing to found this type of people's and the way they treat they customers. No commitment at all.

Fast and professional service. Gave good advice when selecting the towbar.
