Have used Keith, Sutton's recovery transport before,this time was a complicated collection as in a car park with steering lock engaged due to loss of code from key,phoned Keith at 12.15 p.m he had a car on the back of his recovery vehicle which he unloaded and then returned my call and said he would be with me before 1.30pm.
turned up on time and masterfully got my car out of a tight parking space and recovered my vehicle and myself back to Preston ,excellent service ,excellent price and took away alot of stress on the hottest day of the year ,10/10 highly recommended.

Called Sutton's recovery to tow the car across Preston when it had broken down and they were there in 15 minutes and had finished within an hour and a twenty from the original call. Professional, knowledgeable , fast and cheap. Would highly recommend.

After a week of worrying how I was going to get my broken car to the garage for repair, I rang Sutton’s Recovery. Keith was reassuring, and came to pick my car up promptly.

Unprofessional driver. Shouted at me 3 times for no reason plus charged extra than quoted a day before.
Will not be using in future.

forgot to mention when i turned up on allocated place driver mentioned he had to go to another job which is taking Ferrari's to an action which is an expensive job as that will give him more money. so I will sort my colleague out of you who will take you to you destination. when the other driver came I was told you are on your own. the person i spoke to should have negotiated the price for me as he was my main contact.
