Should be awarded the title of worse recovery company in the UK. How could you leave us stranded on the M1 for 4 hours on the hottest day ever.

When I called Green Flag (after 3 hours) to find out where you where, I was told I was wrong, and you must have already arrived because your status was showing as on scene on their screen?

I told them you must be invisible, or you obviously lied about your whereabouts to make your performance look good.

Your driver did arrive - over 4 hours after my first call to Green Flag. Disgusted with your poor service!

Called to pick a motorbike up that had been stolen and recovered. We dealt with a very professional guy. Everything went smoothly.

Not allowed to remove a vehicle from scene with only light front end damage.got to the storage yard 30min after the loader as dealing with officer at scene.arrivrd to find my car on the top of another with one its roof!!shamefully.avoid at all cost.consider it scrap if they involved.

Staff were really good with me when I went to collect my belongings from my car. Answered the phone before they were due to open and told me exactly what docs to bring, nice phone operator and nice blokes at the place sorting everyone out.

Absolutely outstanding Kyle AKA Shrek was the best driver I have ever seen he has just picked my discovery sport up from a very tight carpark and manover it out of an extremely tight space I was a bag of nerves but his skill and personality was great a real asset to your company Richford

Having had them accept the task of providing breakdown recovery I was initially told that someone would be with me at 2:30pm, an hour after my initial call. I think that's perfectly reasonable. The company however arrived at 4:36pm having not updated myself and on two occasions told the breakdown company they were 30 minutes away. Thankfully after becoming so tired of delays my breakdown service allocated another company who arrived 25 mins after the call. They had half loaded the vehicle by the time Richford arrived. While their driver was taking pictures to prove he'd attended for his boss he apologised and informed me he'd only been allocated the job at 3:30pm meaning I'd been waiting over an hour with no one actually coming while another company could have already arrived. Extremely poor service leaving a customer waiting a total of 2hrs and 48 minutes.
