Two floors. Good choice of boys and girls toys. Plus some sports equipment for kids. Till machine went down created a big queue. It would of helped if another till opened sooner. Young in girl gaming department was super helpful with the meta verse VR kit.

Just had to return something, Sam was incredibly helpful and sorted it within moments. Customer service here is always top.

Big store that stocks everything from consoles, baby products and all age toys. Always found the prices very competitive, I’ve recently bought a broad game that was £12 cheaper than WHSmith! Staff and security friendly. Free car park. Covid secure but as the till is near the doors I can imagine this could be hard to sustain in busy periods.
