Lots of parking for ease of access into the complex, there is a huge selection of toys, baby equipment and older childrens entertainement too. Computer games to scooters, it caters a large range of items. The staff are always pleasant and happy to help over the phone and in person. Lovely place to visit to get ideas for gifts or advice.

Faulty toy. They've wasted my time as a consumer. What's worse their staff refused to respect the Consumer Rights Act - they said I need to take time off work to travel to their shop for a refund.

I have to give a massive thanks and appreciation to Adam the bike tech in this branch so helpful with issues we had with our boys Xmas bought a bike what had issues with it and without any arguments done a exchange what was tears on Xmas day from my boy he was smiling from ear to ear today and it's all down to Adam would recommend his help every time
