Always have what we need, the staff are great nothing is too much trouble for them whether it's checking out back for stock or grabbing something off the top shelf. Always very clean and well organized, great baby section too.

Only quibble os the female member of staff, not in uniform (so probably a supervisor) didn't know what stock they had of a main item and had to go and check. It was out of stock, but no out of stock signs were displayed. Never seen this when the regular male staff member is there.

Large toy store over two floors. Upper floor served by escalator and lift. Toys from birth onwards

Good Morning could someone tell me weather this Toy Store answers the phone I tried all day yesterday with no answer why?

We love this place. We have three children and it’s such a treat coming to Smyrna. It’s so nice to have such a great toy shop locally and not shopping online but actually seeing everything in person. Staff are always helpful and friendly too. Great place!

Popped in today to ask about child car seats. Served by Jade, who was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. She is a credit to the store and deserves a pay rise!
We have bought car seats from you before and will doubtless be back again to buy the next one.

Website says shut at 7, but they shut at 6. Arrived for my click and collect which they only hold for 2 days, unable to collect as timings wrong
