Smyths Toys Superstores

I was in your store in Harlow today. A great layout and range of toys.
Are your store security guards there to insure that the general public behave themselves and to make sure that they wear masks? If so they are failing because there were many members of the public not wearing masks, and neither were a couple of your security guards.
I would really like to hear any comments you may have

My Wife and I went to Smyths on its opening weekend, bit of a queue but to be expected these days. The shop is stocked floor to ceiling with toys, computer games, stuffed toys, car seats and baby stuff. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable especially about the car seats and the prams. The ladies there showed us how to swap the travel system bits over and how to connect the car seats.

me and my family went today and it was a great experience. staff and security were very helpful especially security because i lost my girls toy and they found it straight away(couldn't imagine if she lost it forever), staff were wearing masks and most people but did notice allot of mask exempt people in store

Went today and loved it, saw some really good deals and got a discount that they are doing for 6 pound off if you spent over an amount also security and staff were really helpful and everyone was wearing masks I’ll deffo be back! Great to have a toy store in Harlow.

Bought an electronic motorbike for my son online and they sent it with parts missing, got in touch with customer service and they advised us to take the item to the closest "SMYTHS STORE".

"BOY WAS I SUPRISED" the staff there does not even have basic manners forget providing customer service, I was told leave your item here and pop back in 30 minutes without providing any paperwork. I asked the lady at the reception to give me a call when its done and gave her my number.

I waited till the next and still did not hear anything, finally asked for a refund.

USE AMAZON OR EBAY AT LEAST YOU WILL GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sara in the car seat section was very nice and helpful. She shared so many good information with us and helped us to decide better

Loads of toys. Friendly helpfull staff

Popped in today to buy the grandchildren presents. Had problems finding what we needed. Met a young lady called Morgan, what a credit to the store. Found what we needed and checked when the others would be in store. Great customer service.
