Build-A-Bear Workshop

Great for the kids and the staff were very professional.
Would recommend to anyone with children. This is also a great present for birthdays / Christmas. The way that the children can customize their own toys is brilliant. Great idea all round. The team at bluewater store were also great with all the children and extra care was taken with keeping areas clean.

I really enjoyed our time in the shop, The friendly staff that really made my son (2 years old) feel at ease, my only suggestion would be to have the kids parties separate from other shoppers as it was hard to hear at times.

Select your teddy, fill it up, dress it up, put it in a sling and go!
Great selection of teddies but an even more extraordinary of clothes and props! Wonderful experience for the whole family.

What a lovely group of people at the Bluewater shop. A pleasant experience from start to finish. Very courteous staff. Would like to mention 3 members of staff who were very helpful. Summer, Ella and a young lady trainee , only her third day, who was working along side Ella. Keep up the good work.

Love this place and the staff are always so friendly. One point though there was a long que and a quite floor get someone off the floor onto the till. Especially on a Saturday.

It's a really fun place, my kids (3 and 5) loved getting their bears. From pick which bear to deciding which heart it was going to have and picking out clothes. They were beaming from ear to ear! All the staff were lovely. The only down side is its not a cheap experience!
