The Entertainer

Hopper toy of unacceptable quality and pump bought with it gave off a smell when switched on. Very disappointed so took both back and asked for a refund. Refused one because we had opened both boxes. We had opened them anticipating a fun toy with a necessary piece of equipment - why would one assess both just by peering at unopened boxes. The Manageress was blasé and patronising and upset us considerably. Other shops accept a buyer's disappointment with politeness and a professional manner. Needless to say we will not be returning to this shop.

Well I've just had the misfortune of calling into carmarthen store of the entertainer, as I'm disabled I walk with the aid of crutch I'd walked down the one lane and by the time I started on the 2nd I couldn't carry any more so placed my shopping into the bag, ( which I do in many shops ) I was stood next to a member of staff as I didnt have a basket and was at the end of the lane, did this member of staff offer any help no did she offer to get a basket for me no, what she did do was get every other member to watch me struggle up the lane with my bag of shopping adding more as I when and treat me like a criminal! not one offered help just not watch me like a criminal to the point when I got to the end of the lane I stop the two member of staff and told them to keep what I was going to buy and took it out of my bag and showed them my empty bad how disgraceful no help just treat everyone like a criminal as the staff told " well we have to this time of year" well merry Christmas the entertainer I've now have to drive 20 miles to by somewhere else as I will never use the entertainer again what a a shower off ****

Great toy shop, they had what we were looking for, found the toy with help from the staff. Reasonably priced to.

Good amount of a variety of toys. Little expensive but they do have some good deals now and again. They keep up with the times and whats trending at the time. E.g Disney baby shark ect

Brilliant selection of toys and anything else for kids. Staff were very helpful and very knowledgable about the stock. Plenty of choice and easy to find what i wanted.

Toys for children that have a particular favourite animation or caricature if you need a specific toy the entertainer is a good place to start

It's a nice clean shop, filled with all the latest toys, definitely worth a visit if you need a present for a child.

Every child's heaven...even for some adults. Very well stocked and you can pick up some very good deals. Friendly and helpful staff
