Build-A-Bear Workshop

Had to take the time to leave a review, as the service we had from Cameron today in Cardiff was outstanding. He was incredible with my 4 year old daughter, kept her chatting, interacting and laughing through our entire time in the store. Happy to be upsold to with that kind of experience.

Visited Build a Bear in Cardiff for the very first time yesterday. Went with my two daughters and two grandchildren. None of us had ever been before. One of my daughters had booked a ‘Build a Bear Experience’ for her niece and nephew (6yrs and 4yrs). Well what an experience it turned out to be! Cameron was our attentive, informative, funny, host for almost an hour! He was brilliant! The children, who had been given aprons and a lanyard, had to choose their bear, stuff it, bury a little heart inside (after they’d made a wish and we’d all kissed it!), dress it and create a birth certificate…they even had to tidy the shelves! All the staff we met were friendly and seemed genuinely pleased that we’d visited that afternoon. Now I need more grandchildren for an excuse to visit again!

Came in to buy my daughter a build a Bear last week, tall man with glasses (Nate?) was a great help. Was very kind and positive, all-round bubbly person. Really made my daughter smile.

Booked a party on the 12/11 for my little girls birthday from booking the party with Shaunn over the phone to our party host Aimee everything was perfect.
Nothing was too much trouble for Aimee she was brilliant with the kids and listened to every one of them if they had a question she really gave it her all. Both myself and my friends said how good she was. So if you see this Aimee thank you from us you really made the party. Expect an influx of party bookings as most of my friends have said they will be booking. Thanks again. Will definitely be returning soon xx

Made an order online but the bear arrived split and the sound quality was bad so thought I'd go into the store to sort it. Liam very kindly helped me rerecord my sound so the quality was much better and restitched my bear for me. Thank you for the great service!

All of the staff today made my son's experience so fantastic! Shawn was so lovely and the store itself was clean and well-managed.

Shaun and Cameron were incredible during our visit today! They had a good laugh with us and were so helpful and lovely to us during the entire visit. We will definitely be visiting again next time we're in Cardiff! Thank you both so much for making our visit so special!
