Also Wheel Chair Parking all along the front of the Store, with Wheel Chair Access , this shop is all on the Ground Floor.

Visited the Swansea branch recently to purchase a stroller and baby car seat. We were help by 2 members of staff, we didn’t manage to notice the first assistant name but he was extremely helpful getting the strollers from the shelf for us to compare, fold down, you name it he showed us, explained it and answered all our questions. We were also then assisted by Kelly who was again extremely helpful and again helping us make the final decision considering everything we needed. When it came to car seat she asked me all the right questions to get what we needed and then we narrowed it down to 2 which she promptly got into a trolley and tried them out on our car outside in the very warm weather (I had parked in the shade but still warm). There was only 1 seat that would fit in our car so thank goodness Kelly checked. So once purchased Kelly then fitted our new car seat, explained everything she was doing and made sure we knew how to operate it and ensuring that we would be fitted back correctly in future. She also said any problems in the future with our purchases just come back to the shop and they would help us.
This just proves that when it comes to somethings you really need to visit a shop with staff that knows the products it sells and we definitely we more than happy with the help and service we received. Thank you

Hi, I would like to make a formal complaint about your Swansea store and store manager Ben Kelly. I picked up a Nintendo switch last week where it has developed a fault with the sd card reader. After 20-30 mins the switch will say “no sd card”. I have spoken to your customer services and Nintendo where they confirmed it was ok to return. I have taken a day off today to return the console to be told by Ben Kelly, a so called manager that was too cowardly to come and speak with me, that the fault needed to be seen. Although I was told by smyths customer care that as they confirmed the fault, there was no need to wait 30mins to show the store. The Swansea store has actually proven its returns policy is fraudulent, and I’m sure trading standards would be very interested to see that they do not follow their guidelines, and in fact I was entitled to a replacement or refund. I now have a faulty Nintendo switch that
can only be sold as spares. I would like a formal investigation and disciplinary action taken against this store. My sons birthday is now ruined. I would advise anyone reading this that although smyths is a cheap store with some good offers, be warned that once you have an issue with an item, they will give you zero customer after care and will not want to help. Avoid smyths at all costs and buy online.

I cannot thank leanne enough in llansamlet store. Our little boy is autistic and she genuinely couldnt do enough. Came down to his level and treated him so well. They're very lucky to have her.

Purchased many items like child seat, stroller and travel cot for grandparent duties. Becky in the Swansea store was very helpful with advice and with excellent customer service. Thank you

I always use Smyth's toys in Swansea for in-store and online collection never any problems. Great selection of toys and always plenty of everything.

Great service. The wife sent me a requests for Xmas presents for the kids via WhatsApp as images. I arrived in the store and there was a very helpfully man who welcomed me in and asked if i needed any assistance. Explained I was on an errand from the wife, showed him said pictures and he directed me with pinpoint accuracy to where I needed to go. In and out in 10 mins, didn't catch his name but great service and clearly knows his store layout.

Love this store, been coming here for years. Some cracking deals but the reason for my review today is for one employee in particular.

Leanne from the Swansea store was not only spreading nothing but good vibes throughout the store. But I misplaced my phone and wasnt able to collect my items due to not being able to access my code. She allowed me to borrow her device to access my emails for me to get the code rather than travel 40 mins back home! Absouletly 10* customer service, we need more people like this in the world. Its made my day and even got on the computer tonight just to write this review. Shes a brilliant human
