Vertu Toyota Loughborough

So I went in today for a quote on some damage. There is a long wait but I was fitted in first thing this morning. Very nice man.

Then I spoke to Lewis in sales. I was not buying but doing homework for my next car. The young gentleman was very helpful. Now I know he is in sales but he new I did not want to buy today. We talked about different things and helped me decide on my possible next car.
Now I was dressed in tracksuit bottoms and I hear of people being sent away from dealership's, but he offered me a test drive even though he was not aware of my financial status and new I was not buying. I obviously declined as all I was doing is short listing my next car.

A very good buying experience for me (and the family came too!) In a few days we were off on our hollibobs to Cornwall in our 1st hybrid car and wow I would certainly say this is the way forward ...am converted and impressed .. (the family too)! Thank you Virtu Toyota and Ben B.

This is my first car purchase from Toyota Loughborough, and I would definitely do it again. Were approached gently and sales person didn't try to push a sale.

They kept in contact and everything went smooth and easy, explained every in detail in an understanding manner.

Will come back 100% when it's time to renew car again.

Very expensive refuse to give me a new service book, when information is in front of them on a computer and their mechanics lost the original highly disappointed. No longer a point to my vehicle having a main dealer history if only proved by computer at dealership

Definitely the best dealership I've ever bought a car from and also the best place I've ever had a car serviced. In June 2021, I bought this lovely 2018 Toyota Auris 1.2L and the buying experience was truly excellent. Then, 6 months later, it was time for a service, and still the same excellent experience followed (my vehicle even got cleaned!). Keep up the great work guys 👍
