Listers Toyota Nuneaton

I have been with Listers for around 12 years. The service team have always looked after me well and kept my little car going well. Pauline in particular will go above and beyond to help sort any problems I have. She is very professional and very friendly.

Good customer service is very hard to find these days, but Pauline and Amanda in the service department will help in anyway they can to sort out any problems .

Pauline was very helpful when I broke down because some “not so kind person” nicked my fuel and filled it up with another liquid, thereby nearly killing the car when I drove it. It turns out there was a problem with my breakdown service, and she bent over backwards to help. Between Pauline and Josh Stone of the AA they got me towed to the service centre at listers and my car may live again for me to drive again. Despite the efforts of someone who was determined to kill my car!

Whenever I have a service, the car is collected and returned in a lot cleaner and obviously better condition than when it went in. I always get a video of a health check and will let me know of any problems.

It’s difficult to get warranty for older cars, but I have got one through Toyota Listers. The warranty they sold me is well worth every penny and has looked after my car very well.

In my opinion Pauline is an asset to your company.

While I’ve still got my car I will keep my custom with Listers (Nuneaton) especially when I get the customer service I have with the service department.

I can honestly say this has been such a fantastic and easy process with buying a new car. Trevor helped us so much us as our old car had given up the ghost. He offered to collect me from my home so I could come and buy our new car and even dropped me back home afterwards. He was friendly and not pushy with the sale at all unlike other places we had been in previous weeks. I walked away with a fantastic deal and felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Recently I had a chance to visit the Lister Nuneaton and buy a used RAV4. I really would like to appreciate the professionalism shown by Jordan Green during our visits and really happy with his passion and dedication. He has spent a considerable amount of time with us, giving us advice and all the options we needed to make the correct choice on car. Even though there was some small glitches during his absence, he was there to help us soon after he came back from vacation and address our concerns. highly recommended!!

Highly recommend Listers Nuneaton. Had 2 cars through them now and each time Iv always had good customer relations from them when needed. Both times dealt with Ian who I would recommend to attend your needs. Sam is also lovely to and they did everything I needed without hesitation.
