Listers Toyota Cheltenham

We ordered our new car from Listers in June. This was the fourth that we had bought from this dealership, and we have nothing but praise for them regarding the way that they look after their customers, making us feel welcome and valued.
Mr Cain, sales executive, is so helpful and guided us through the process expertly and with good advice given.
We shall continue to use Listers to look after our vehicle as we are more than happy with the service that we receive there.

Had full service done and supposed to have given it a full wash and vacuum but they obviously did not open the doors or boot to do it as they were left very dusty with bits of leaves etc so not too impressed with that - My local Mot centre does a much better job

Had a service and MOT done. Was provided with a dedicated contact whose name was Lee. Got a video by text on the the condition of my car which was useful. My car was ready when expected and I was taken through the paperwork showing what was checked and done. Very good and friendly service provided.

Great service and very helpful. Bought a car from John Platt, and he was incredibly helpful and quick with responses to all the questions we had before we bought the vehicle.
John was great with ensuring everything was in order and that we had all the details confirmed before we made our decision. Where John really went the extra mile (literally!) was when he delivered the car himself, seeing as my parents were not able to come and collect the car. This gesture is very much appreciated, and just shows that John is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
All in all, it was a great pleasure buying a car from Listers Toyota, Cheltenham.

Took my motability car in for a service. Evelyn was brilliant. She met me at the car with an umbrella so I didn't get soaked. 5 star service.

I cannot thank the staff at Listers Toyota Cheltenham enough for their help, support and professionalism in sourcing a new car for me at short notice after mine was written off in an accident. Particular thanks to Matthew (Dealer Principal) and especially to John Platt (sales) who went above and beyond liaising with my Insurers, even spending time on his days off chasing them via phone in order that I got my new car in a timely manner. This is the 5th car I have had from Listers and I remain a satisfied loyal customer who fully intends to continue purchasing my vehicles from them in the future.
