Johnsons Toyota Southport

Brilliant experience buying a car from Johnson's Toyota. This is the second car I have bought from them in the last two years - the first was a RAV for me and just yesterday a Toyota Aygo for my daughter (her first car). The service provided is professional and friendly, from buying your car to the after-sales service and servicing. When you buy a car from here you are not forgotten on sale - they really do look after you afterwards. I can also recommend the servicing department as well. A huge shout-out to Nick, the sales guy, who not only made the whole process seamless and super-easy (with additional stuff such as the finance) but also went above and beyond in terms playing a massive role in making it a special day for my daughter who received her car as a surprise gift.

My Toyota went in for a safety recall, car repaired and cleaned, brilliant 😀, but saddened by the fact I was told off and threatened with a refueling charge if I used a courtesy car again without refueling it.
The 12 miles I did in the Aygo must have run up to at least £1.10, fuel gauge never moved and miles remaining were just 6 miles less 😳 certainly put me off returning to have additional work done.

No purchase this time. But will be back. Very helpful well informed staff. Best car servicing in the area with offers to collect and return to regilsr customer.

I had a great experience at Johnsons Toyota Southport because Jason was very friendly and made the experience of buying the car a really good experience! He put me at ease when I was nervous driving an automatic for the first time. He answered all of my questions and was extremely accommodating. He also made good contact throughout the sale when arranging pick up date, repairs on vehicle and the 3 day insurance. Would definitely recommend this garage.

In addition to the service on site from Gary, I would like to extend my gratitude to David Heathcote, who went the extra mile to help me get to grips with my new car. He was very patient (with an old bird) in going through the technicalities of the new Sat Nav system etc. Thank you so much.
