What a great experience!! The team at Currie Motors was absolutely incredible, especially Zuzana who went above and beyond to help get the finance approved and get us the car we really loved. Not only was the team and their service great, but the car was given to us very clean and in great condition. I would recommend ANYONE to go see the team in Twickenham if you are looking for a new or used car.

Upgraded my wife’s car with Toyota Twickenham. Great professional and friendly service given by Sales Executive Mr. Antoun Issa fully satisfied with the whole experience and the way new car was ready with Road Tax and Fuel within a weeks time. A few days after buying a car from your company. During the night, I noticed a light was shining in the left door. When I opened the door, there was a fused light bulb inside. Which protruded inside the car. I put it inside so it doesn't melt the panel more. I sent you messages and photos of what happened right away. I can put this message here. There is a date time. You told me to come. You have seen it and you can see that the bulb is not in the right place. He only dances limp and causes further damage to the door. You sent me to repair the panel. I have your commission report. Your technician didn't even pull the panel down and put the bulb in the right place. Your technician sent me back to you. What is written on the report. Once you found out what the cost of repair is. You figured you wouldn't. I wonder what about your 12 month warranty. Because after what is happening I can see that she does not exist. I still haven't received the full service book from this car from you guys. It's a pity you were nice only until I paid the money for the car. That's why I think people should know that you are not fulfilling your obligations.

After going from dealership to dealership (some VERY poor experiences within the same brand in Brentford) trying to decide what car to change to, I finally decided to stick with the CHR again, and that was down to the service I received from this dealership mainly Antoun, from the start when Antoun came onto the forecourt to greet me and then found out my needs etc to finish when he handed and showed me round the car.
The experience has been very professional and yet friendly, he has been prompt in his communication, made me feel at ease when explaining the agreement and been patient while I’ve been unwell which delayed me picking the car.
I loved how Antoun’s sales and people’s skills were not of a typical arrogant sales person (which I experienced locally) but of one that made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this branch and would like to thank them for making me feel welcomed by acknowledging me everytime I went in.
Looking forward to my journey ahead with them and my new car.
