Visited showroom a few weeks back especially to look over new electric car . Car was beautiful so many features but far to pricey .
Received an invitation to upgrade our car which only around 9months old for Yaris Cross over . Went to few this car and liked everything about it our salesman was Patrick . He was very patient and precise in what he told us , so our trip was worthwhile. Amanda was the receptionist on duty she is so welcoming and a happy lady . She makes the best cup of tea nothing is to much bother . Went for a test drive today in the Yaris Crossover brilliant car husband made his decision. Amazed how busy the showroom was buzzing with people . Thank you again Toyota for everything.

I came to Toyota yesterday on my way home from a 8 hour shift at the hospital. It was for a daytime running light. Kieran greeted me and told me we would be happy to fir the part. Anthony then went to fit the light bulb for me and I was ever so thankful for both their time, help and efforts. I have never had this experience from start to finish both Kieran and Anthony were amazing and helpful. They are a credit to your company, without them I would of been so lost as I wouldn't of known what to do.

Good cars we have 2 in our family for just over 3 years now and we are very happy with the end product. However the brand is let down by poor customer care from both the UK dealership and Toyota finance.

Absolutely amazing service come Jessica pluckrose today, she was super friendly helped me and my grandad more than she had too. Fully recommended lovely place, gives you all the information you need and helps you find the best deals!

Seemed friendly and helpful, but complete lack of organisation and communication within the branch. They tried to sell the car I had already put a deposit on and told me it was “a system error” and then confessed they had put in a new manager to troubleshoot “all the problems”. I withdrew my business from them and won’t ever use them again. Still waiting for the return of my deposit.

My car was repaired yesterday and the technicians are fantastic they took very good care of my car (even though it is very old now!)
From the initial purchase of my car 18 years ago, Canterbury and Ashford Toyota have always looked after my car. Their customer service is great especially Dean at Ashford and Anthony at Canterbury, I would recommend them to everyone.

Jordi was very busy but patient and had a very good customer service manners. He ensured my car, RAV4 PHEV DYNAMIC, was delivered on time as promised. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful - they never stopped asking whether I needed tea. 😊
My overall impression is very positive.
