My car is well looked after by the technical experts. Health checks are done at a reasonable price. I think these are good to have. Especially just before the onset of winter.
The staff are caring and more recently stepped up when I urgently needed help.
I have friends and family who own Toyota cars..we are lucky to have this local family business looking after us and keeping our cars on the road.

Utter contempt for their potential customers doesn't even begin to describe them. I am absolutely livid. Avoid and give your business to a branch that actually cares.
Edit in response to reply: Your facts are incorrect and disingenuous; the option of reservation was never mentioned nor discussed. I would have done so had I been breifed and advised that I could do so since I knew I was committing time and money for the viewing.
Two days later, my sister decided to buy another toyota approved car in wigan, therefore she requested a refund of deposit from ron brooks ilkeston. The sales consultant told my sister that the deposit was non-refundable. While i asked two toyota dealers (one in wigan and one in nottingham), both said that in this case the deposit shall be refunded. Therefore, i helped my sister to email and use their online chating to request a refund from 28 september 2022 onwards. More than a week the dealer/sales consultant did not give any responds to us.
This is a really bad shopping experience and already give much pressures to my sister as a consumer.
Therefore, i write this comment and wish the company can alert and provide some positive feedback.
Update: thank you for responds and my sister just received the refund on 12 Oct 2022. I have changed my rating from 1* to 3* for this sensible and reasonable responds. thanks again!
He gave us a fair price for our part exchange and made sure we was happy with our new car much appreciated
