Friendliest car sales man I have ever meet. Keegan is the nicest salesman I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I went into Listers with a list of requirements I wished my new car to have, Keegan listened well and came up with possible cars. I choose my car and Keegan continued to keep me updated on the sale of my car. After sales has been the same experience, Keegan has continued to be helpful and courteous, making regular contact to check on me and my car purchase. It’s not everyday I make time to give a review but I’ve been so impressed with Keegan as a person and as a professional I just had to write a review as a thank you. I would definitely return to this garage for further purchases

The initial sales meeting was at the correct pace. Not pushy, just at our pace for decision making.
I am appointed that although the dashcam was fitted, I was not informed that it is not user ready and I am not tech savvy so another visit to the local garage in time.
Also, no paperwork/details for the Toyota Roadside assistance found at the moment.
Staff all very friendly.

I bought a second hand car from Darren at Listers. From the get go, Darren was an absolute gent. He sent me numerous videos of the car and talked me through every step of the process from start to finish. The service received was more than you could ask for. I felt comfortable, secure and well taken care of. He answered all of my emails in very good time and when I collected the car was very professional and just a lovely person to deal with. Listers are a great company to deal made a good choice employing sales reps like Darren. The car was in excellent condition and honestly couldn't fault anything. Five star service from enquiry to sale.

Excellent service. We were well looked after Edit; sorry, I should have specified it was Nick that sorted our new car and he was great. We were particularly impressed that when he showed us the gizmos and gadgets etc. He suggested we enjoyed the car for a few weeks and then returned to recap and ask any questions). The whole team were very welcoming (and the coffee is great!)

Excellent service from Nick Savic at Listers sales when i bought my new car. Throughout the process of Nick was able to fully answer all my questions and kept me fully posted of progress on delivery. When I took possession of my new car everything I needed to know was talked through.
In all my dealings with Listers, from the friendly lady at the front desk to the service staff at the counter I have always had a positive and helpful experience.

Appalling experience received today. Exactly 10 days ago, I was agreed a purchase price for my 2021 Yaris. This car was also bought (new) from Listers and is routinely serviced with Listers as well. I was told that they no longer wanted to buy the car at ANY price even though I had an appointment today to sell the car back to them. My partner and I drove in tandem, and the trip was over two hours round trip. The only redeeming factor is/was the Business Manager, Matt. He was ever so apologetic and empathetic for our troubles. He (Matt) was clearly at the mercy of the more senior Sales manager, Craig. No apologies given, no offer of any fuel compensation for our time and efforts…. No acknowledgement of any kind from Craig whatsoever. Shocking and disgusting to say the least.
Before we were instructed to leave as they could be of no help to us, we were advised to take ourselves to We Buy Any Car. Thank you?? I think?

As we have two Toyotas in our household, both were bought and serviced year in and year out with Listers…quite disheartening really.
Supposed this makes it a bit easier to leave the brand . Thanks for nothing, Listers Toyota Boston.
