Arrived 10 minutes late for MOT slot due to traffic and was informed slot had been given to someone else. I was not called or updated at any point that this could happen. They were unable to accommodate any later slot today or compensate for petrol costs in reaching the centre. The customer assistant (Claude) was very kind and helpful but I feel let down after several years of commitment to this branch. Will not be using them in the future.

Gave me a manual as a courtesy car when I asked for a automatic. Gave car with only 30+ miles range and expected me to fill the car for my journeys home (I came out of my own work hours to drop the car for service) and back. I have been other places for my car services before and usually they have the car full (or at least half) and ready for customers. Not trustworthy at all and they do not take care of you, zero customer care. Completely avoid at all cost

Great Garage really helpful staff! Always friendly and I came in a few times as I wanted to think and they didn’t rush me at all! Talked through my options and gave me sound information! Am enjoying my new car Thankyou gents!
