Excellent service, not the cheapest, but did extra bits included in the price . Customer service, went what I would say the extra mile . One very happy customer .

Popped in for an emergency fix as the lights had stopped working on our trailer on the way to our holidays. Peter and Mark couldn't have been any more helpful and came out to see us as soon as we had arrived and only took a small amount of money for the charity pot for our fix. We will recommend them to everyone we see who have any towing needs.

Expensive thats for sure £43 for a pair of bearings, got them online for £9, you expect a bit of a mark up but not that much

Had my braked trailer serviced here this week. The gents are very accommodating and best of all its really well priced. Great customer service and clearly very knowledgeable. I would definately recommend.

Needed a spare wheel for my trailer and the guys at Portland couldn't have been more knowledgeable or helpful
£80 for a new wheel with tyre Inc vat paid £35 for a wheelbarrow one so a bargain . He also showed me how to adapt the towing hitch to fit a padlock .Nice to go somewhere that know ther job and are interested. Cheers guys .

Popped in there to see about changing towball, very friendly and helpful. Gave good advice and very kindly fitted the new towball there and then!
