It's a train station. Trains stop here. It has a little Pumpkin coffee franchise. Sometimes there are taxis.

As a train station it’s okay, it’s your average run of the mill train station.

Thank you to the staff(esp. Brett)at Fratton Ststion. He was very understand and polite. We wish to return for another break.

No complaints, basic train station

Since the introduction of mostly closed barriers it hasn’t been possible to exit directly onto the bridge leaving the station making it annoying if you’re heading south in the city. In the evening you have to exit at the back through an extra car park which is a real pain on top of this. Platform one leaves the city so it’s easy to rush for a train as it’s always on that platform. Nothing spectacular as a station but serves its purpose.

It's a lovely train 🚆 station with clear platforms for travelling. The station is excellent for daily commutes.

I have been to this station before, a untidy area but everything else is really nice,the services are : southern , SWR and GWR.
There are 5 ticket machines and 3 ticket bays for an employee to do.
The station also has a big depot where GWR and SWR park their trains at night or day.
Beware though the cafe ‘pumpkin’ is highly expensive for its drinks and food.
Overall fratton is decent
