West Worthing

I use West regularly, for my commute to work. I find the staff polite, respectful and at all times very professional. One young lady particularly stands out (not sure of her name). Whenever I buy my ticket from her, she is always very chatty, humorous and engaging, and goes out of her way to ensure that as a representative of Southern my travel experience gets off to the best start possible.

I have enquired frequently about information for e right ticket to get the best deal and have found the staff have been without fail superb in their helpfulness, and that's with each of the staff on duty. Thank you.

Good service. When commuting usually seats available...not so good when raining. Great staff, very helpful.

west worthing station is save peacful but the only thing is be careful about the tunnel do not touch anything it is quite dirty but apart from that the station is nice and west worthing is a lovely place to say hello and most people are nice there and there is very very very low crime.

Lovely station ,with very helpful staff . The lovely man there couldn't of been more helpful i think his name is Kim and the other gentleman is also very good

Worst station in the south. Gates are on a shocking timer where there are no trains for a good 15 mins and they don't go up. Queues form about 2 miles up the road both sides.

Basic station with limited facilities.

Most stations close their road crossing if a train is coming, not the people at West Worthing.
