Just about does the job of being a place for trains to stop. The standard of station up keep is well below what any reasonable person would expect. Station is for the most part very dirty, lacks facilities. Ticket office is only part time and even manages to open less than the posted opening times.

Would be nice to have toilets open, at least to customers. On the other side, the new ticket machine has a help desk call ready through which you can speak with real, and helpful person.

Really interesting & unusual station to explore. Nice views from platforms. The help points actually work (unusual for SWT).

It's a bit of a pain to walk down the steps to the street and it's served by trains that can be longer than the platforms themselves (this has caught out passengers in the past.) Not alot of seating on Platform 2 either. North Camp Station is a bit of a walk away.

closes the gentleman’s toilet redirecting you to the ticket office (which was closed) but leaves the ladies open for some weird reason.

Not really on at all, men need to use the toilet too!

Don’t go there with a pram! No escalators nor lifts!
Luckily most of the times you can rely on good people and also trains personnel who will lend you a hand…but what if you are by yourself and no one else is in sight?

Trains from Alton to London, some from Aldershot to Ascot, good junction station, however fairly average for its purpose.

i went here each day (or maybe not, if you catch my drift) when i went to the pure gym in cambriely. you can expect a quick service with handsome ticket man on the train!
