Good facilities. Stairways on modern footbridge. Lift access to bridge. There is entrances either side ticket gates. Large Pumpkin coffee shop either side of the station with a wide range of magazines.
The bike racks are generous and are actually on platform 1 so in a pretty safe place. Excellent lighting and good cctv. Staff seem friendly enough.

Gentleman behind the ticket counter today was really nice - really helped me with an e-ticket and travel across London. Great customer service - thank you !

Love that you can find a train to anywhere from Havant station. It is easy to get to, has 2 entrances so very convenient for people on both sides of the station. Have got toilets and covered platforms with good seating.

A big thank you to Claire in the ticket office of Havant Station on Friday. We had to replan a journey because of last minute changes. Claire was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you very much. 10 out 10 for customer service. 👍

Standard station, never had an issue here. Many a time have I been in a rush to make a train and it's always been very quick to get through the gate and get onto a train. Bridge on the outside is also very helpful, means you don't have to use stairs of wait for the lift if you're in a hurry like I usually am.

There is a lack of shelter though sometimes. One time when the trains were all having issues, there were loads of people dropped of at Havant and we were forced to be out in the wind and the rain with little protection. Unlucky, not their fault, but maybe some redesigning or additional cover would be helpful.

The station is nice and clean, there is lift access so no need to pull luggage around. There are lots of shops in and around the station and it has good access to London, Southampton and Portsmouth. There needs to be more staff I feel however the staff that are there are quite helpful on the whole.

Havant has a variety of shops, but sadly like most places a lot of shops boarded up due to high rents and peoples shopping preferences. Train and bus station in the town, there are some nice walks from there, one along the old railway line to Hayling Island.

Can not get over how brilliant Jess the travel advisor was. She went over and above what would be expected in her efforts to make my journey as easy as possible. Top Marks.
