Fareham

Fareham is a busy station with routes to London, Portsmouth, Brighton, Bristol and a few London airports. Small shop as you enter the station selling expensive food and drink, use if desperate. There are a few toilets on both sides of the bridge, but at least one of them is always broken throughout the year. To access the other side you can use the two foot bridges or the lift at the end of the platform. Nice waiting area with a screen on one platform which makes commuting a little more enjoyable.

Great place to live. Great town centre with great selection of shops, amenities & facilities. Great public transport, lots of car parking across the borough too. All major supermarkets in the town as well. Generally nice town, with plenty of green spaces too. Fairly crime free, nice town to live in. Clean as well. Lots of great schools, along with one of the best colleges in the country as well.

Large station for the area, meaning most trains will run through it. There are gates which are mostly well-monitored. Station is usually tidy, and well-ordered.

I feel this station has good facilities, lots of places to sit and lifts which is good for passengers with less mobility. I also like how there is 2 different routes to London from here!

Labelling of platforms needs work, 3&4 as soon as you go in 1&2 over the bridge. Hadn't even made it over the bridge and had already been asked for directions by 2 people :)

It is a great interchange station but I feel is understaffed on the platforms and overstaffed at the ticket barriers. I got asked for directions twice. Could also be given better lighting; on the platforms at night it's quite dark and dingy.

It’s getting cold and the waiting area is locked ,what’s the point?
