No toilets, car park expensive and often full after 8am, with nowhere to park locally. Stairs and no lifts means it is inaccessible for anyone in wheelchairs and difficult with buggies etc. Lighting and electronic signage not well maintained. Ticket office opening hours limited.

Incredibly standard for what you get but has seen some upgrades over the years such as a massive car park to the side of the station and a good frequency of services stopping here. Ticket machines are provided here but the station currently lacks any step free access.

Positive things first. Lots of services serve this station, especially in peak times. Lots of parking available. Bus services to town centre as well as taxis. Coffee shop open on occasional mornings. Lifts are now available due to a recent upgrade for access. Great views down the line on the platform and nice view of the station from the multistory car park.

As for things that can be improved, this station definitely needs better facilities. There are no toilets or all-day eateries here. Parking can be tough at peak times with both car parks usually full except for a few spaces at the far end of the multistory car park.

For trainspotters such as myself, this station does give great views of the line and has lots of rare workings each week. For the every-day commuter, there are lots of services in the morning and in the evening. For all, there aren't enough facilities here. Some toilets and better food services especially need to be looked into at some point.

Decent enough station, but is not very close to the town itself. It could also use some more facilities such as toilet, being so isolated and a hub for walkers. Beautiful countryside in all directions, Ashridge Estate, Ivinghoe Beacon, Pitstone Hill and the canal all within easy reach. Car park is expensive, £6 on the weekend and the pay machines don't tend to take cards as the machine's mobile signal is not strong enough to transmit the card deta!

Sadly no toilets or vending machines to drink some water or functional shop in this station after a long walk in the near by Ivinghoe Beacon. They have paid parking & taxi office to get the money but no consideration on passenger comfort despite being a terminus station.

It’s like they accidentally built a station here. No clear links into the town of Tring, no toilets, no shop or even vending machine. It’s like an afterthought that these things would be a good idea. The bus from Tring to Tring station stopped running in the late afternoon, does everyone drive here, does nobody need to actually use public transport?

Brilliant Station For Trainspotting! Great station layout and modern facilities such as a working lift.
