Service also includes limited high speed trains. The main building is always open when trains are running so you can hide from the cold.

Totally rude and unhelpful ticket office staff. I bought ticket online through southeastern and gave him the reference. He could see my details on screen but simply stated he couldn’t issue a ticket and then stared blankly at me. Used typical phrases like ‘I’ve got nothing to do with online purchases, I can’t help. Buy another ticket or try the ticket machine. ‘
The machine issued the ticket. If it hadn’t been working I couldn’t receive a ticket for my journey and staff unprepared to assist even though he could see my purchase had been made. Great system Southeastern Rail, once again you suck at taking care of customers and ensuring your rail staff are aware of how online accounts work. A special thanks to the uninterested male staff on the desk at 06:30 10/11/2017. Care about your job much?

On the whole the service is acceptable. There is a limited high speed service available although this is at certain times. The ticket office is only manned for half of the time and early morning can be a tight squeeze for everyone to get a ticket from the machine, before the train arrives. There is limited seating and protection from the weather. The station is looking rather tired too.

It's a very basic stations which serves it's purpose. There is ample shelter away from wet weather (however the pigeons also use this as their home so it can be messy) and the recent introduction of a grab and go coffee shop is great. The station is home to a ticket office however this is intermitinently open. There is also one self service ticket machine to collect tickets from.

Tidy station, also home to a British Transport Police office, has a half hourly service to Strood and mostly hourly to Paddock Wood or Tonbridge. Also Monday to Friday in the peak it runs the High Speed Javelin service to St Pancras 3 times in the morning and returns 3 times in the evening. Ticket Office open in the mornings only.

No one at the ticket office kiosk! It's 9 :50am! The ticket machines are not user friendly. Waste of time!

Sam I hope you see this!
You helped me during train cancellations today and a man spoke to you like like filth.
All you did was relay information and got abuse back!
You pointed me in the right direction for rail replacement and I genuinely believe every station needs a Sam!!!

I hope you have the best Christmas

The guy shouting at you deserves coal!
