Kerb outside the ticket office is odd and needs to be marked - white paint or yellow/black marking. I've tripped up it several times and fell last night (arriving from across the line). Should say, my eyesight isn't great.

Very quiet place. You have 2 platforms. NO STAFF AT ALL at the station. Place to park cycles. Not. Much shelter to stand if it rains. Tickets through a machine. We get direct trains to reading. Well maintained station with respect to cleanliness and we get announcements on time but at times announcements are not very clear

Absolutely isolated. No station office, no guard, no staff, no toilet facility.
During off peak hours the trains are only very hour. I arrived 40 mins early and was feeling unwell.
It was a nightmare trying to get any help. Even if someone collapses on the platform, no one will notice.
The railway authority or the council should take steps to provide basic facilities.
Difficult to believe such stations exist not too far from London.
Human Feelings (Gowhar)

Perfect station. Easy to use. Never too busy. Clean. Convenient. Really nice pub nearby (Prince of Wales)

It’s fine. Really average for the line it serves.

A very pleasant station as a train enthusiast although could do with a few more facilities for regular passengers. The foot crossing required to access the other platform is something you don't see at larger stations.

Used this tiny station for about 3 years almost every day... Great memories when the train goes cancelled and getting wet under the rain...
