Ran for the train which said it was coming at 3;45. Arrived at the station at 3:30. Good 15 mins before it’s due. Still waiting here now nearly an hour later for a train. As stations go, this one is pretty typical. Staff, if present, are generally attentive and helpful. Prices on regional rail services seem to be off the charts expensive, in my case £55 to get to Stratford, i.e. significantly more than £1 / mile. The train was late to Teynham and will likely not make up any time. I think it's pretty clear why someone would drive...
