Just one of those basic stations in South West London with no step free access, some shops around the entrance and a ticket machine or two. The station is served by local buses right outside and is not too far away from the Hook suburb.

Always very dirty and littered, with imminent need for refurbishment, however it it very simple, with only 2 platforms. The staff are helpful, however late at night the people that hang around this area are not the nicest of people. But overall, it is a convenient way to get into and out of central London, but it sure does need some work done!

Very poor food lovely staff dirty toilets. Haven't been for a while new staff and to be honest. Will not be eating here agian burnt food uncooked vegetables very poor
