Adequate station, could do with some further investment, hopefully when ticket gates are installed the extra revenue might be put to good use.

Dreadful station and horrible service. The overground especially resembles a 3rd world country. The train quality and cleanliness are appalling and the every 15 minutes train is pathetically inadequate for daily commute. Shame on the Mayor for a dying public transport.

On Saturday 10th of September(15:35) I went with the overground from Enfield Town to Silver Street. When I arrived I realized that there is no lift( my mistake ) afterwards I called emergency from the point that you have. So, someone answered to me very polite that there is no lift and I ask if there is a staff that I can have help and he said I will call someone. After this a few minutes later one guy (colour guy with beard )from downstairs open the door (probably his office) and he was standing and he was looking at me . He said something that I couldn't hear and I ask him if he can help me. He said at the beginning NO and after he said ok I will help you now ,but this is the last time because is not my job( with a VERY VERY VERY RUDE WAY) ,even if I said thank you.if was a lift there I will not ask for help,but PLEASE DO SOMETHING WITH ALL THE STATION THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ACCESSIBILITY FOR WHEELCHAIRS.
