West Croydon

This station is really bad! The staff were ignorant and horrible and a Dispatcher didn't like me filming and He decided to drag me down the Platform and expect that a 12 year old would travel 60 miles alone! Then he just said, you need permission, What a Horrible Station. Never come here for train spotting, The staff are rude.

Very good railway station with connectivity of London Overground to East London. Help desk for the tourists on site. Southern Trains to many destinations. Tram Link to Wimbledon, New Addington and Elmers End and lots of Bus services is just two minutes walk. Trains to East London is delayed today.

An alright station in an okay place. It has a range of shops here and has a bus station outside and a tram stop outside too! Sometimes the station is closed due to emergency services dealing with an incident which can be very annoying at times. However, the station itself, has plenty of services from Epsom Downs all the way to London Bridge and the London Overground to Highbury & Islington. Not just that, but the station is also step free and the staff seemed quite nice to help out. Trains also run from Sutton to London Victoria going via Selhurst or Crystal Palace.

Overall, it is a decent station.

West Croydon is a bustling place. The shops/buildings are either old and poor or modern and ugly. West Croydon is proof positive that it is a melting pot. People from every corner of the planet inhabit it, which I think is good, though it does appear to be poor, which is a downer

Honestly, it's just the TFL staff that cause this.
The station itself is about normal for any station.

I've never had to experience such bad customer service in my entire life so many times.

They get annoyed with you when you interupt their personal conversations and just try and pass you off to someone else.
They act as if nothing is to do with them and as if it's not their entire job to assist you.

I've had it on occasion with other stations and staff members, but it is constant here.

Brand new Sainsbury's at West Croydon to West Croydon train station and very clean helpful wheelchair and bus stop 🚏🚏 very useful for me bus stop

OK Station, but don't go wondering around outside after dark. It's rough.... Staff are near impossible to find and if you're lucky to find any, don't expect a legible answer.

This station is served by the London Overground & Southern trains this is the last stop on the line for London Overground trains. Southern trains go from here to Sutton & London Bridge. There is disabled access to the platforms via a side entrance gate. There are two exits & entrances also available. Greggs is inside the station at the front and you have trams and the bus station right next to the station. West Croydon station is very busy with lots of passengers at most times of the day.
