Classic station and great connections Super tidy and clean and well done Transport for London keeping our transport safe and tidy
Daniel Mckenzie
Lacking in seating, facilities (only two ticket machines) and shelter however at the time of reviewing, the station is undergoing refurbishment and improvement works to rectify said issues and finally give this station step free access. I'll re-review this station once it's complete.

Good connections and helpful staff but very squeezy during busy periods due to the construction works
Eliot Collins
Current construction work is making this station a bit of a squeeze. Adequate little station otherwise, a short walk from the underground and ThamesLink stations

No toilets, no step free access. New lifts when building works finish. Overground station . Minutes away from West Hampstead underground station, Jubilee line. And West Hampstead Thameslink station. Usually a manned station. Nice cafe on platform for Willesden Junction. Visit Ronis Bagel Bakery in West End Lane, left out of the station, other side.

Just as bad as every other station and member of tfl staff. No one knows what is going on (I was told there were no disruptions planned for this morning and nothing was on their planned closures information, but suprise suprise, there's now a reduced service). They always mess up the weekend trains, despite the fact that there are several hours in between weekly rush hours that would also be good for rail works. The service is so bad on a regular basis im pretty sure this is just tfl striking without striking. TFL. YOU CHARGE A FORTUNE FOR TRAVEL IN THIS CITY. HOW ABOUT YOU DELIVER A SERVICE THAT'S ACTUALLY WORTH THE RIDICULOUS PRICES YOU DEMAND?

I'm thrilled TFL have finally put someone at the gate who calls out ticket dodgers who push through. But you need to physically catch these people on the other side to stop them getting away. They're obviously not going to come back and give themselves up if you just shout 'you are a criminal' at them when they're halfway down the street. Come on TFL, use your brains (if you ever hire anyone who has one)

One of a station which was build newly for overground service. Wide open station. Just a basic one but u can have more links like trains or underground service just next door to it. I got that station bright n airy.

Risky route to use. Several times I’ve tried to use this route to work but have failed due to cancelled trains, broken down trains or just delays. How you can delay the first and second service of the day is beyond me???
Plenty of fare dodgers also use this station with little care from the staff.
