Decent enough station, clean, clearly positioned departure boards. Good views over the countryside on one side of the station. Trains are fairly regular too.

Only a four star station as there was a man smoking in the waiting area and noone reacted on it, given it was a Sunday evening, but still not pleasant for other rail users

Was clean and tidy. Train on time. Boards upto date with plenty of info

The ticket office is always closed for no reason. When the ticket office is finally open the larger man there is extremely rude, I get a discount because of my work and he always has comments as "lets pretend you are an employee for the next day..." I have worked for the company 4 years. One time he insisted on taking a copy of my card which had my personal details on it. I am not a happy customer. The rest of the staff are a lovely and the station is clean and tidy.

8:00am and all ticket and information desks are shut, with only one ticket machine operational!!! Huge line for ticket collection!Open return to London is like 90£ and you can't even provide sufficient infrastructure to accommodate, not mentioning that the train was delayed!

The man at ticket station was so very helpful and patient with myself and my friend today assisting us snd explaining ticket machine procedures. Also with all customers making enquiries. So nice to actually have a person to talk to. Please pass on how appreciative we were.

I have no problems with the station - it's always clean and tidy. Most of the staff are ok, but the older gentleman is always friendly and respectful.

The ticket person was so helpful today for me and I would like to say thank you for your help and kindness, with out a person in the ticket office I would not have known what to do.
