Horrible neglected station. If you have any mobility problem or carry luggage (as the Metropolitan line serves many train stations) better forget it ! Too many stairs to climb either way. It is shame that in 2021 there are still stations like this without a lift.

They make repairs for lifts and took them probably more time than to build a great Pyramid.. These days cilivisation its not so advanced how we wish to be...
So every single time I climb steps up.and down like i live on the hill.

Now got lifts and good signage. The staff that are there are disinterested in anything. People just push through the gates and staff do nothing. Instead of putting their notice board downstairs, you have to reach the barriers before being told of disruptions. We wonder why they are there in the first place.

Worst station ever for announcements. Come on management do something about this. You end up running around to catch the Chesham or Amersham line. It’s diabolical and an embarrassment. Was travelling with a friend from overseas and he couldn’t believe that this would happen in London. 🥺😖

I've been passing through here for 30 years. I lived in Harrow for 17. They finally built the lifts to provide full disabled access. Took three decades to do it though. It's a useful station and well served by the bus station next door.

Its an alright station, easy to get into London and out with frequent trains, but theres no step free access and can be really busy in rush hour. Other then that its an ok station.
