Nice enough station, staff were brilliant when I lost my wallet (plus ticket) - didn't get it back but they made a real effort. Has all the basic amenities - toilets, cafe and vending machines. Only waiting room with heating is on platform 1 - the others have to do with a basic shelter.

A good big station. Space to sit inside away from the cold. Would be nice if was a bit more cosy. Coffee shop has limited opening hours. Southeastern staff at station which is great.

We popped in the Dover Priory pub, across the road from the station. Nice cup of tea. Wish we'd eaten there too!
