Trains tend to be a minute early London bound

A superb customer friendly station. Its ticket office looks like a corporate reception desk. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It was hard to believe that washroom facilities are in a train station. Amazing washroom.
People of this area also looks nice and helpful. Its the best station in all c2c station.

I paid for a ticket . The train came. I got on. It was a fantastic experience.

Not enough ticket machines especially as sometimes there isn't a member of staff selling tickets. The old British Rail customer service ethos overlaid with the profit motive of a private company operating in a monopoly.

Usually quite a quiet station and staff are quite nice too. Ticket prices are a little expensive but that has nothing to do with the train station’s problem.

It's a railway station!!!. Train on time is the key point
