All you'd expect of a country train station, little coffeeshop, very basic hall and some ok platforms.

Freezing cold with no Waiting Room open on Platform 2 and the doors permanently open on the one on Platform 1. Just the things when West Midlands Railway have reduced trains on the Snow Hill line so you have to wait longer!

I went to see the Flying Scotsman on Saturday. The station staff were so friendly, and really went the extra mile. They were having to answer all kinds of questions that had nothing to do with them and really helped folk out. Special thanks to the very kind lady, who I assume was a manager who had come along to organise all things involved with safety. She very kindly let me through to see the engine and took a photo of me with my little dog. It really made my day.

A Grade 2 listed building. On platform 2 the waiting room exterior is beautiful. It is adorned with original decorative tiles. There is a fascinating information board explaining it's history.

Nice and tidy train station, staffs are really helpful to customers. They have empathy when someone on trouble like me missing last train because of delaying arrival from Worcester forgatte.they book a taxi for me at midnight. Really appreciate the lady working for customer service

Nice old train station with a good view of the city. use foregate Street for the centre though

Beautiful train station building. Has frequent services to London, Birmingham, Great Malvern, Bristol and Hereford. Staff are lovely. Easy access to shops only 10 minutes walk away from aldi and asda supermarket. Connection wise allow at least 5 minutes possibly 10 if you can.
