The place is funtastic. The Old Town is very pretty and clean. There are many interesting places to explore especially on a sunny day

Doesn't really have much in terms of facilities other than a shop and ticket office that's open some of the time but it's better than some of the other local stations in the area. Trains here aren't exactly frequent but go pretty far out destination wise. All platforms are accessible with step free access.

A nice little station that gets you into lovely Carmarthen. It has everything you need and there is a taxi rank outside the station. You can always walk into the town centre as well if you don’t want to get a cab. It’s a nice place to explore.

A quiet town at moment during covid 19, not so much to do but a clean town with some nice views. Shops were open but distancing was being observed .

Had to put up with the bus replacement service. No information, no help, and drivers not knowing where there going. 😡

If, like I was, you are looking to catch a train out of Carmarthen as soon as possible, this is the best place to do it
