I undertook my FPOSi five day Course and a one day Paediatric Emergency first aid course with HDP. It was great to be taught by people that have actually worked frontline medically and have had actual experience of what they where teaching. I would highly recommend them, there training centre is second to none with top quality training aids.

I have recently undertaken (2) first response courses FREC3&4, the experience has been excellent, the communication and support have been absolutely second to none and fantastic value for money. From training to supplies HDP delivers! Here at SBC services we only use HDP for training due to the high quality that Dave (registered and front line experienced paramedic), delivers. Hdp won't give you an answer for sake of it and will say if they not sure and come back to you after extensive research. For training, What Dave doesn't know you don't need to worry about it as the training and knowledge is that extensive. Dave has a great teaching ability with an ability to know when class is tiring and he responds. He will explain something as many times as you need in order to understand it will explain it in various ways for it to be understood. For the low costs of courses, you get far more than others offer, and in a way that shows real passion for what they do. SBC SERVICES also use HDP for supplies and we know we will always receive high quality when we need! We email Hazel with an order and she lets our staff know if everything is in stock and nothing is too much problem for her. From training to supplies, HDP is our number one!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for training now. the support they offer during and afterward is amazing. Thank you for putting up with me for the Frec 3 & 4 amd I hope to be back for more in the near future
